With our high-efficiency processing solutions, we deliver a 100% natural and sustainable formulation with extremely improved transferability, flowability and compressibility for the production of nutraceuticals and superfood and for pharma applications.

At Romaco, we understand future trends and support healthier living in a sustainable way

We understand!

  • Tablets are the easiest and most convenient way for the customer for consume.
  • The challenge is that some of the ingredients provided by nature are not free-flowing and change their properties over time. This leads to difficulties during the final compression step.
  • Often chemical additives are used to improve their flowability and compressability.

Our processing technology makes the difference… for you!

Three processes were screened, optimised and evaluated to achieve the best flowing powder for tablet presses. The best of these was chosen for commercialization. In this way, we have created a green process that is suitable for many types of superfoods and food supplements of natural origin.

At the Romaco Innojet lab, we have studied many of these ingredients, such as algae, and developed solutions to improve their properties for further processing.

The result of our granulation technology:

100% natural…

… 100% compressible

… 100% sustainable

When optimising current formulations, we consistently implement a DoE methodology
in order to get the maximum of feedback while consuming as little material as possible…

… sustainable even in the process development.

How do we make this happen for you

In our Romaco Innojet laboratory we share our process and formulation know how, to tailor the perfect process for your individual product.
Incorporating Romaco Kilian’s expertise in tabletting, we shape your sustainable production process.
